Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the sales prospecting process, identifying lucrative opportunities and generating a robust client pipeline
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, implementing effective solution strategies tailored to specific countries and verticals
- Provide leadership to the sales team, maximizing revenue, expanding income, and growing our product offerings
- Foster and strengthen relationships with key clients, negotiating strategic deals to drive business success
- Assume P/L responsibility for Countries/Markets/Products under your care, ensuring profitability and growth
- Develop accurate budgets and forecasts based on market conditions and thorough product analysis
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, providing regular reports and updates on sales performance
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in digital advertising and digital traffic monetisation, preferably within a digital/media agency background
- Proven track record with at least 3 years of successful sales experience, encompassing client prospecting, business development, and strategic client management within the performance marketing industry
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed individual with strong team management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Singapore-based
