Native Advertising Director based in Barcelona (RELOCATION PACKAGE)

The role:

• Plan and execute campaigns together with the native advertising team to deliver weekly traffic, revenue and smashing the KPI's.
• Manage media budget on native platforms
• Manage performance on native platforms to hit KPI's
• Drive the strategy and execution of Native advertising campaigns for lead generation globally
• Improve processes and drive efficiencies across Native Advertising Platforms
• Monitor and optimise online campaigns, ensuring ads are relevant, engaging and optimised towards new and existing audiences globally.
• Maximise conversions in line with ROI targets.
• Manage your team of native ads media buyers.
• Build important (long term) relationships with Native Advertising platforms.
• Reporting to senior management.
• Create effective/creative assets for display activity (together with the design team)

• 2+ years of media buying experience CPC/CPM.
• 2+ years of experience working with Native Advertising platforms (Outbrain & Taboola etc.)
• Team/people management experience within the performance marketing industry.
• Data analysis/manipulation experience.
• Test and learn mentality (A/B).
• Creating and segmenting platform audiences experience.
• Not afraid to work in a super fast-paced (international) environment with tight deadlines.
• Based in or willing to move to Barcelona (relocation package for outstanding talent outside of Spain)
