German speaking Sales Representative based in Barcelona or REMOTE
Job description
THE ROLE:
- Exceed predefined new business targets by executing the sales process with finesse.
- Foster genuine, trust-based relationships with clients to gain profound insights into their needs and priorities.
- Engage in daily outbound communications, including phone calls and emails, encompassing both warm and cold outreach.
- Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, devising strategic business plans to identify and capitalise on high-potential prospects.
- Provide personalised, consultative guidance to clients on comprehensive offerings, tailored to align with their specific business objectives.
- Maintain meticulous accuracy in prospect and customer data management within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Business level German and English.
- Other languages = HUGE PLUS
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales within the performance marketing industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling methodologies.
- Comfortable navigating MS Office tools and Salesforce CRM.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
