We're looking for a passionate individual with a proven track record in business development with the PPC space, a keen eye for opportunity, and a drive for success.

Job Description: As the Business Development Manager for Pay Per Call, you'll spearhead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that propel the company to new heights. Your primary focus will be expanding the company's presence across all verticals while ensuring the onboarding of call buyers.

• Partnership Cultivation: Identify and nurture new Pay Per Call partnerships to drive sustained growth and revenue.
• Deal Closure: Negotiate deals and terms to onboard call buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Buyer Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with Pay Per Call buyers, optimising performance metrics such as payouts, budget allocations, call caps, RPC, and more.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging verticals and opportunities for expansion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.

• Experience: 3+ years of intensive sales experience in the PPC industry.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of relevant verticals (home services, insurance, finance, medical etc)
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
