Business Analyst – MVAS based in MARBELLA or REMOTE

As a business analyst you’ll actively participate, through your data driven insights, in optimising performance and supporting operational teams & project roll-out.

In this highly transverse role, you’ll interact with a wide spectrum of teams (Operations/Acquisitions/Product/Commercial) and actively participate in the group’s growth dynamic.

You’ll support the daily operations of the Business Operations team :

• Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis;
• Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads,
• product management and other departments;
• Proactively develop reports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis;
• Track, analyse, and alert teams of all key business KPIs and provide qualitative feedback in
• order to support business decision making;

• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Mobile VAS experience industry is a must
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;
• High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity;
• Ability to learn quickly and resourcefully;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members;
• Drive and motivation to exceed objectives
• Highly organised and exceptional time management
• Business level English
