Job description

Manage the current publisher team to maximize their productivity and outcome
Together with the management team you will set the course for the company
You will monitor and analyse the results of different traffic channels and manage the key accounts accordingly
Good knowledge of ad ops and SDK integration
Take full ownership of publisher relationships
You build up and maintain relationships with affiliate and ad networks and you will be responsible for problem solving and account management.
Train clients on the platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs

3+ years in affiliate management, mobile sector
Experienced in managing/training teams
Core knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
Previous experience with CPM, CPC, CPI and CPA models
Strong network of partnerships within the affiliate industry and specialised in gaming, social casino and/or shopping
Proven ability to motivate affiliates to test offers and the finesse to turn those tests into profitable, long term relationships with publishers
Fluent in English
