Job description

Understanding the current advertisers’ user acquisition needs and providing a mutual goal service using your and the team's industry expertise
Adapt to the today's market with the current advertisers making sure overall results continue to improve
Attract new advertisers in the current verticals and new ones
Proactively building and growing a sales pipeline through phone calls, emails, meetings and industry events
Manage current and new campaigns with overflow
Work with the publisher managers to increase revenue and achieve bigger goals together
Think outside the box, everything is possible

Experience in digital advertising, including existing advertisers is an advantage
A minimum of 3 + years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics
Some knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology is an advantage
Some technical understanding of ad operations is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, international and innovative environment
Result driven and a strong ambition to succeed
Fluent in English
Strong book of business is a big plus!
Experience with Everflow is a big Plus!
Based in or willing to move to Amsterdam
