Senior Brand Manager – Fully Remote (Agencies)

Help our client evolve from a performance-first agency to a full-service media strategy partner, offering a mix of branding and performance-driven solutions.

About the Client and the Role
Our client is a dynamic digital marketing agency with a focus on mobile and app performance. As they grow, they're shifting gears to become a more well-rounded media strategy agency.

They’re on the lookout for a Senior Brand Advertising Manager to take the lead in developing strategies for upper-funnel advertising, supporting both new and existing clients. This is a key role that will help expand the agency's capabilities, balancing branding with performance strategies in exciting new ways. Plus, it's fully remote, with a preference for EU time zone availability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development

  • Lead the charge in expanding the agency’s media strategy beyond just performance-based campaigns.
  • Create tools and processes to manage fixed marketing budgets more efficiently.
  • Build strategies that effectively combine branding and performance goals.

Media Planning & Budget Allocation

  • Develop media plans that span digital (e.g., Google Ads, social media) and traditional media channels.
  • Help clients see the value of branding investments alongside hard performance metrics.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve media planning and execution.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and approaching relevant demand partners.
  • Mentor team members in the art of managing media budgets and crafting multi-channel strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in brand strategy, advertising, or marketing.
  • Solid experience managing media agency teams or running major accounts in an agency setting.
  • Hands-on expertise with multi-channel media strategies that balance branding and performance.
  • A strong grasp of media planning tools, analytics, and trends.
  • Comfortable presenting both creative ideas and data-driven business cases.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience, especially with cross-functional teams like creative, analytics, and media.
  • A strategic, results-focused approach and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently and leading with initiative.

This role offers the chance to shape the direction of a growing agency, helping it move into exciting new territory. It’s a fully remote position with flexible hours, as long as you’re working within EU time zones.
