Publisher Manager CPA based in Amsterdam or REMOTE

• Hunting new publishers (CPA/SOI)
• Manage/analyse active campaigns to make sure publishers deliver the best return on investment
• Budget/invoice management
• Publishers management from a-z
• Come up with new campaigns and bonus structures to motivate pubs
• Business development

• Min. 1 year of publisher management experience within the affiliate marketing industry
• FLUENT in English
• Comfortable working in a Startup
• Comfortable working during US business hours
• Solid experience and understanding of mobile advertising, everflow and tracking technology
• Hunter mentality
• Team player
• Track record of success and a relevant book of business (vod, nutra, sweeps)
