Monetization Manager (GAMING) based in San Francisco or REMOTE anywhere in the US
Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Monetization Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by fostering strong publisher relationships and optimizing monetization strategies. This role requires a proactive, data-driven professional with experience in incentive-based ad monetization and a proven track record of managing client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Publisher Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with gaming publishers, ensuring mutual success in monetization efforts.
Act as the go-to contact for all publisher-related needs, delivering timely solutions to challenges.
Regularly engage with publishers to review performance metrics, share actionable insights, and recommend strategies to enhance engagement and revenue.
2. Monetization Strategy & Optimization
Design and implement incentive-based ad monetization campaigns that drive revenue and maximize user engagement.
Explore and evaluate innovative monetization opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive market.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze performance data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
Prepare comprehensive performance and revenue reports for internal teams and external partners.
4. Market Research & Industry Trends
Stay informed about industry developments and leverage insights to refine strategies and processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in incentive-based ad monetization or affiliate mobile networks in a gaming environment.
- Offerwall/Rewarded Promotions is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency with attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and other MMPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
