Head of HR (REMOTE)

Job description

The HR Manager will lead and manage the organisations human resources operations, with a strong focus on improving processes, implementing automation, and driving the execution of employee development initiatives through e-learning programs. This role is key to enhancing overall employee engagement, optimising HR workflows, and creating a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:

  • Review and enhance existing HR processes to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Introduce best practices to streamline workflows and minimise inefficiencies.
  • Initiate automation where possible to improve the HR experience, particularly in onboarding new employees.

Onboarding & Employee Transitions:

  • Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Oversee off boarding activities to ensure compliance and ensure a positive and respectful transition experience for departing employees.

Automation & HR Systems:

  • Identify opportunities to automate various HR processes, reducing manual tasks and improving accuracy.
  • Partner with IT teams to implement and maintain efficient HR software solutions.

Learning & Development:

  • Drive the planning, development, and execution of e-learning programs to support ongoing employee development and skill-building.
  • Ensure training materials are continuously updated and accessible to all employees.

Recruitment & Talent Strategy:

  • Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates, particularly for roles within the industry.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to streamline hiring procedures and ensure efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to retain top talent and support long-term career growth through succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Serve as a key resource for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Performance Management & Development:

  • Manage and refine performance management systems to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and development.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers regarding performance-related matters and employee development plans.

Compensation & Benefits Strategy:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the industry.
  • Conduct regular market assessments to ensure the organisation remains competitive and equitable in its compensation strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in process improvement and automation within HR operations.
  • Familiarity with the design and implementation of e-learning platforms and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the offerwall or digital/ mobile advertising industries is a plus.
