Global Sales Director based in Amsterdam
Job description
We are looking for a high performing Global Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by leading by example.
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
- Own and hit/exceed annual monthly sales targets
- Global alignment and brand compliance for digital marketing activities, projects, campaigns
- Manage a team of sales managers across the globe
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with global customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Coaching, guiding, managing the global sales managers on a daily basis
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Anticipate sales performance trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience & proven track record of achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within the performance marketing industry.
- Hands on leadership experience leading a team of high performing sales professionals & managers
- In depth experience with /knowledge of different performance marketing channels
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- A deep interest in the latest developments in performance marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working and with/managing teams virtually worldwide
- Based in Amsterdam
