Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Monetization to lead their revenue growth initiatives for their offerwall products. What You’ll Be Doing
1. Build and Scale Publisher Partnerships
- Cultivate and grow relationships with top-tier publishers to drive mutual revenue success.
- Act as the go-to escalation point for publisher matters, providing expert guidance and maintaining top-notch satisfaction.
2. Lead Seamless Onboarding & Integrations
- Oversee the onboarding of major publishers, ensuring smooth transitions from initial discussions to successful integrations.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to align publisher needs with company objectives.
- Offer strategic and technical support for SDK, iframe, and other integrations while refining processes to streamline scalability.
3. Build and Lead a Winning Team
- Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing monetization team.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
4. Maximize Revenue with Smart Strategies
- Develop innovative monetization strategies that optimize CPI and CPE campaigns.
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
5. Make Data Work for Growth
- Analyze key performance metrics like ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and user engagement to inform strategy.
- Create revenue forecasts and models to support long-term growth goals.
6. Optimize Operations for Scalability
- Continuously improve workflows and processes for efficiency and scale.
- Maintain high standards with robust quality assurance protocols.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- 7+ years in monetization, business development, or account management within the gaming or adtech industry.
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic publisher relationships.
- Deep knowledge of SDK, iframe, S2S integration processes, and ad mediation platforms.
- Strong grasp of CPI/CPA networks and mobile/web monetization trends.

- Skilled in building and leading high-performing teams.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Communication & Collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, including experience with senior stakeholders.
