- Troubleshoot and offer technical assistance.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathise with customers.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a must.
- Familiarity with common customer support tools and platforms like Offerwall is a must.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools to optimize Campaign performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking for solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
