Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Jakarta or REMOTE

What You’ll Do
1. Set the Tech Vision
- Create and execute a technology roadmap that drives innovation and aligns with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, using the latest in data analytics, machine learning, and fraud prevention.
2. Build and Optimize Products
- Lead the development of a scalable, high-performance offerwall platform.
- Deliver user-friendly, revenue-driving ad formats and seamless SDK integrations.
3. Strengthen Infrastructure & Security
- Optimize cloud systems for cost, stability, and speed.
- Ensure top-notch data security and compliance with global standards like GDPR and CCPA.
4. Lead the Team
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
5. Leverage Data for Success
- Build advanced analytics tools to optimize user engagement and monetization.
- Improve algorithms for ad targeting and real-time bidding.
6. Collaborate & Represent
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to align tech initiatives with business strategies.
- Represent the company in key meetings with partners and stakeholders.
7. Monitor & Improve
- Implement tracking systems to measure performance, engagement, and revenue.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and handle crises to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (adtech, gaming, or offerwall experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), real-time data processing, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and fraud prevention techniques. Bonus points if you’ve scaled systems to handle millions of ad requests per second.
- Leadership: A proven leader who can inspire teams, make data-driven decisions, and drive projects to completion.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, problem solver, and visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset.
