Business Development Manager Performance Marketing based in Amsterdam ( Italian speaker)
Job description
You will be hunting for new business and to further expand existing relationships in the Italian market. You will be backed up by a team of highly respected colleagues in other parts of the world and will work with the best advertisers globally.
No hit and run deals.
- Prospect daily
- Identify potential new customers
- Connect with key decision-makers
- Get meetings with prospects
- Qualify new business opportunities
- Close new sales
- Focus revenue generation efforts, particularly with new clients, on developing Performance Marketing Services revenue through long term agreements;
- Assist clients through the sales process, addressing concerns, overcoming objections, ensuring positive relationship management, and ultimately closing deals with assertiveness;
- Stay up to date with emerging performance marketing trends
- Provide accurate revenue projections on a regular basis
Requirements
- minimum of 1 year of b2b digital/online marketing sales experience
- Based in/near Amsterdam
- Business level Italian and FLUENT in English
- Proactive, flexible, sales and team target driven
- 100 % sales DNA and team player with a 'hunter' mentality
- Track record of smashing sales targets
- Ability to communicate complex marketing strategies and tactics, particularly Performance Marketing Services;
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating, and closing skills;
