Affiliate Manager based in Barcelona (CPL)

• Work with existing affiliate clients
• Onboard incoming publishers' applications
• Identify and prospect new publishers
• Manage the daily needs of the affiliate campaigns
• Risk management
• Understand publishers needs and how we can add value to them
• Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly completed
• Cultivate relationships with publishers
• Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns
• Controlling traffic quality and volume

1+ years experience in affiliate marketing
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
• A willingness to grind and a hunger to be the best in your field
• Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus
• Strong relationship building capabilities, long term partnership focus
• Ability/attitude to learn fast and work in a changing environment
• Highly self-motivated and a Team player
• Ability to learn quickly technical concepts and dashboard (technical aptitude)
• Proactivity to anticipate changes and take the initiative
• Capability of working independently and within a team
• Feeling comfortable working under pressure (stress resilient)
• No 9 till 5 mentality.
