Account Director Digital Marketing based in Amsterdam
Job description
- Manage a team of account managers
- Responsible for monthly targets for AM team, owning the underlying KPI’s and managing the team on reaching them
- Developing, assisting, training and managing of Account Management team, alongside COO
- Key member for target setting and monthly reviews. Have frequent meetings with each team member, minimum once a month
- Responsible for application of client onboarding process, guarding internal procedures
- Responsible for client churn and maximizing account LTV across all GEO’s
- Responsible for individual growth plans of team members & quarterly performance reviews
- Part of the cash collection process, ensuring successful AM team participation in collaboration with Finance department.
- Liaison between Sales and other teams such as Operations, Finance, Legal and Operations
- Maintaining own portfolio of Key Accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar (people management) role within the digital, affiliate, mobile, performance or social media marketing industry
- Business level/fluent English
- Based in or willing to move (when borders open up again) to Amsterdam
- Not afraid to work in an EXTREMELY fast moving international environment
